By accessing or using Koretec's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Koretec provides AI consulting, implementation, and education services for businesses. Our services include lead optimization, customer experience, content operations, strategic intelligence, and custom AI solutions.

We consult on and implement AI solutions tailored to your business needs, integrate them into your existing workflows, and provide ongoing advisory and optimization.

Service availability and features may vary by subscription plan.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Refunds for consulting engagements are handled on a case-by-case basis. Monthly advisory fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method again. Continued payment failures may result in service suspension.

Koretec retains ownership of the platform, tools, and proprietary methodologies used to implement AI solutions.

You retain ownership of all data, content, and business information you provide to us.

Custom AI solutions built for you are licensed for your use. The underlying frameworks and reusable components remain Koretec's intellectual property.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any data not intended for you.

You may not use our AI solutions to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend services if we determine that your use violates these terms.

Koretec provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koretec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
